Parisian architect Joseph Dirand opened Le Jardinier restaurant in Manhattan over a year ago.
The mix of materials includes Ayers Green marble walls and floors along with velvet chairs by Gallotti & Radice. The space also features custom-designed pendants by Philippe Anthonioz.
Dirandβs portfolio includes LouLou in Paris and the Four Seasons Surf Club in Miami. Specialized French artisans are hired to create the attention to detail Dirand is renowned for, such as the marble bar.
The 62-seat restaurant focuses on natural lighting and lush greenery with floor-to-ceiling windows creating an indoor garden.
